To help understand what they do and to introduce you to the team, Mr Jayawardena and his team have created these videos.  Please do have a look, as our team may offer you appointments with them where appropriate.

Dr Andrew Fernando Retirement

Dear Patients,

We are very sad to announce the retirement of Dr Andrew Fernando from Whitewater Health in December this year. Dr Fernando has been a GP Partner with us for over 25 years and has been an inspiring and dedicated doctor for his patients and team. We will miss his contributions to our service and local community greatly. We wish him well for his retirement and thank him for his work throughout his long and varied career. We are pleased to welcome Dr Eleanor Jones to our team as a permanent GP from October. Dr Jones joins us as a highly experienced doctor who is moving to the area with her family during the summer and will join our team based at Hartley Wintney very soon. Whitewater Health and our 100 strong team work hard to provide a traditional model of care to our patients with registered named GPs and a variety of clinical staff and appointments available. Our work continues to maintain our staffing levels and to meet patient demand and expectation using the resources available to us. It is essential that we remain sustainable for the future. We thank all of our patients, staff, patient participation group and local community for their support and understanding that NHS resources are limited and we do our utmost to provide the best possible service within our means.
